Set Up an old bookshelf with a toy cash register and toy shopping cart.
Collect old magazines, cereal boxes, clean milk cartons and other empty containers; play money and imitation fruit and vegetables (can be made with paper-mâché). You will also need bags and price tags for items.
The shop can expand its inventory with toys, clothing, or even a cafe. The limit is your child's imagination.
